What is Pin Of JA-3 Relief Valve?
Pin Of JA-3 Relief Valve is the shear pin safety valve changes the relief pressure by changing the position of the shear pin. It is easy to operate and reliable to work.
The shear plate of shear pin type safety valve is marked with the working pressure of each stage. When adjusting the pressure, only insert the safety pin into the corresponding hole according to the given pressure. Note that the shear plate can only be inserted with up to two pins.
If the size of the cylinder liner is changed, the position of the safety pin must be adjusted accordingly so that the pressure corresponding to the safety pin is slightly higher than the pressure that the cylinder liner can bear.
It is strictly forbidden to use iron wire, welding electrode or other materials to replace safety pin, which will affect the pressure value of safety valve and may cause accidents.
